    Today is the 1-month anniversary of Trayvon Martin’s death.

    Zimmerman has gone off-grid. His phones were disconnected, and he’s moved out of his house. No one knows where he is. The Sanford PD, after all the witness tampering, lying to Martin’s parents and other things they’ve done to alter this case, is now supporting Zimmerman’s initial claim that Trayvon attacked him.

    I never understood why people say that the justice system works. It doesn’t.

    At least not for people who look like me.

    For a moment, I was almost tempted to believe part of Zimmerman’s “story”. Then I remembered part of what started this whole issue, the blatant (and possibly racism related*) witness/evidence tampering that took place. So I have zero trust in whatever the Sanford PD and its reports puts out.

    *=Early reports suggested that the officer to first respond to the crime has had personal racism problems before on the job.
