I came across this link on my Tumblr feed. This isn’t my domain of knowledge/experience, but I have read an article or two that touched on this possible problem that gay identified Asian men have been… I don’t know what’s the right word, marginalized in terms of sexuality/sexual appeal? How people have thrown around the word “preference” as a way to put a wall between them and relationships with Asian men. Anyways, this link is a blog post, so take it with a grain of salt I guess; but if this person reflects larger recent trends, that may be important.
