That awkward moment when you’re sitting in an outside food court munching on some pizza when a girl walks by and you look at her and she looks at you and make eye contact and slight head movement because you both know that you’ve met one time but you can’t remember where and then she walks out of sight.

That awkward moment when you’re just sitting in the student center and an acquaintance you barely know comes up to say hi and ask how you are and so you launch into a basic script of what’s up this week but then her close friend appears and so you get cut off at the most awkward moment and then they go elsewhere and it’s like “What just happened….”

Out of 20 speakers…. 2 are women/womyn. Admittedly, they are WOC, so that’s a plus. But still. Realllly? 2 out of 20. Definitely a reflection of this diverse campus and the numerous women/womyn in strong and inspiring leadership...

Finally done with interviews this quarter. Such a big load off my mind. Unfortunately, I always take an extended sigh of relief, so productivity will be down for a little bit :/
